Chongming No.1 Manor Shanghai is a B & B hotel, covering an area of 52 mu. Since 2005, it has been invested with a total investment of 36 million yuan. It is a star rated B & B resort integrating accommodation, catering, entertainment and leisure, formerly known as private manor. In order to serve the flower expo, the renovation will be started in 2020. In the first phase, there will be 3 main buildings in 4 areas, with 22 medium and high-end guest rooms, which will be put into trial operation in the Spring Festival of 2021. The second phase of the main building with 11 high-end guest rooms was completed at the end of March. In the third phase, there are 3 main buildings, 52 middle end guest rooms, one room and one design. Each guest room has different decoration style.
Transportation: the manor is about 4.6 km away from the exit of Shanghai Yangtze River Bridge, 6 minutes' drive, 42 km away from Wujiaochang, 40 minutes' drive. The subway line 1 Wenshui Road station is directly connected to the bus Shenchong line 1, so the transportation is very convenient.
Guest rooms: Water View Garden room, swimming pool room, lake view room, star room, parent-child room, panoramic room, floor heating suite with kitchen. All equipped with central air conditioning, intelligent integrated brand bathroom. Suitable for group building, parent-child, friends gathering, family dinner, birthday party, wedding and so on. It can be divided into regional package or the whole building to enjoy private space.
Catering: it is an independent area with private rooms, scattered tables, lobby and banquet hall to meet various dining needs. Local famous chefs are specially employed to serve the dishes. You can enjoy the local special food and meet your own customized requirements.
